We begin with the address, the listing schedule, and the story you want the images to tell. On arrival, I walk through the property before photographing it, noting the strongest views and the way light moves through each room. I work carefully and efficiently, making small adjustments to blinds, cushions, chairs, and lamps without changing the character of the space.
Most homes take 60 to 90 minutes. I photograph the exterior, entry, main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, architectural details, and the connections between rooms. A local home, apartment, office, shop, or short-term rental can all benefit from a clear visual route. For larger or occupied properties, we will plan the order around access and the best natural light.
Before the shoot, clear counters and floors, hide bins and personal paperwork, replace any bulbs that are out, and open the interior doors. I will send a practical checklist so the space is ready without over-styling it. After the shoot, I balance brightness and color and make careful perspective corrections while keeping the property honest. Yes. We will identify what can be moved before the appointment and work respectfully around the items that need to stay.
Can you photograph details as well as rooms?
Yes. Details such as hardware, finishes, built-ins, views, and light fixtures help a listing feel specific, so I include them when they add to the story.
